2. Genome View


      Genome View is comprised of "View" tab and "Search" tab.

2.1.  [ View ] tab


      In the "View" tab, you display the list of chosen genomic chromosomes. You can change the chromosome targeted for a genome.

2.2.  [ Search ] tab


      In "Search" tab, you can search gene by any keyword, and move to any genomic chromosome position.

      Using zoom in/zoom out button can change the scale of mapping view. (1-8192 base/pixel).
